Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to launch his niece Sharmin Sehgal and Javed Jaaferi's son Meezan with Malaal. The trailer of the film was released yesterday and has received mixed reactions so far. Actor Salman Khan took to Twitter to welcome the newest kids on the block and shared a throwback picture while wishing them luck.
The picture is from the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam which the actor had starred in and which was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In the picture, we get to see a young Sharmin feeding some birthday cake to her uncle Bhansali while Salman Khan adorably looks upon.
Sharing the picture, Salman wrote, "Just like that, it's time now to see this beautiful little Sharmin bloom on the silver screen in her debut film, Malaal. May this new journey brings you all luck and love."

However, netizens were quick to notice how Salman had cropped Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the photo. Salman and Aishwarya had starred together in the 1999 romance drama. The hint that gave it away was Salman's costume which he is seen to be wearing in the picture.
It is the same black kurta and red dupatta that he sported in the song 'Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan'. In the background, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan can also be standing donning the blush pink Indian attire that she wore in the song.
