New Delhi: On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to play a crucial role in the inauguration of the Ayodhya Temple, where he will serve as the chief guest. Amidst his ongoing nationwide temple tour, the Prime Minister will partake in various events as part of the consecration ceremony.
The day kicks off with the pran pratistha ceremony at 12:05 pm, where the idol of Ram Lalla will be installed inside the temple. Following this, PM Modi will address the public gathering at 1 pm. His next destination is the Kuber Tila, where he is expected to arrive by 2:15 pm, offering worship at the temple of Lord Shajar.
Thousands of attendees, including prominent figures like Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, Amitabh Bachchan, Anushka Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, and Virat Kohli, will join the Prime Minister for this special occasion.
In anticipation of the event, the idol of Ram Lalla was revealed on Friday. Sculpted by renowned artist Arun Yogiraj from Mysore, the 4 feet 3 inches tall, black-colored idol weighs between 150 to 200 kgs. It will be placed on the top floor of the three-story temple. As PM Modi continues his 11-day anusthan, the entire nation awaits the grand spectacle in Ayodhya on January 22.
