On Tuesday, Hero Electric unveiled the Hero Eddy, a new electric two-wheeler priced at Rs 72,000 for the domestic market (ex-showroom). The electric scooter is said to be a simple-to-use device that finds a balance between technology and convenience to meet the need for short-distance journeys to nearby coffee shops, golf courses, and gyms, among other locations.

According to the firm, the electric scooter was created for clients who require an electric scooter for a short journey. The scooter's range is yet to be revealed. On the other hand, it is predicted to have a range of 50-80 kilometres on a full charge.

Find My Bike, E-Lock, Large Boot Space, Follow Me Headlamps, and Reverse Mode will all be available on the electric scooter.
Hero Eddy will be offered in two colour options: yellow and a light shade of blue. Because it is a low-speed vehicle, it does not require registration or a driver's licence.
