Due to a partnership between the business and Jio-bp, customers who own Hero Electric scooters now have access to a wider variety of charging networks. These networks include charging and switching stations for electric cars. Her Electric E-scooter owners will be able to charge their vehicles at any Jio-bp Pulse charging station nearby.

The Jio-bp Pulse mobile application allows users to locate the closest Jio-bp charging station. Both Hero Electric consumers and stakeholders in the EV supply chain will profit from Jio-expansion bp's of its electric mobility ecosystem in the future. After Hero Electric recently introduced its hybrid sales channel, which allows customers to book an e-scooter online and have it delivered through any of its showrooms across India, this action was taken immediately after. Hero Electric currently has more than 750 sales and service touch points spread out over the nation. According to statistics, there is currently more than 4.5 lakh Hero Electric E-scooters on Indian roads.

In a statement released on August 25, Jio-bp said, "In addition to creating solutions for seamless customer journey on Hero Electric and Jio-bp apps, both companies will bring the best of their global learnings in electrification and apply them to the Indian market to create a differentiated customer experience that delights the consumer.”
