Hero MotoCorp is preparing to debut a new model in its famous XPulse motorcycle line. The Hero XPulse 200 4V, a four-valve version of the dual-purpose motorbike that was also sighted getting tested on Indian roads a few days ago, will be the next generation of the dual-purpose motorcycle. The motorbike has now been publicly teased by India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer ahead of its official launch in the nation. Hero MotoCorp has released a brief teaser video that reveals some of the motorcycle's external body features.

The blue and white front fender of the motorbike is revealed in the brief teaser film, which was previously seen in spy shot pictures. The bike will also employ Hero's Rally Kit with appropriate knobby tyres for a specialized off-road ride, according to the video.

It will be powered by a new four-valve variant of the present 199.6cc oil-cooled engine. The use of a four-valve head is expected to increase the engine's performance at high speeds. Expect the total power and torque output to stay relatively unchanged. For the record, the current model has a maximum power output of 17.8bhp and a peak torque output of 16.45Nm. 

Expect the new Xpulse 200 4V to be somewhat more expensive than the current model, which is priced at Rs 1.21 lakh (ex-showroom). The Xpulse 200 4V is expected to cost between Rs. 1.25 lakh and Rs. 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
