High alert is being issued by the Health Department regarding the Coronavirus in the tourist town Dharamshala and McLeodganj. Apart from this, a center has also been set up at McLeodganj PHC for counselling all the tourists coming from different countries including China. That is where the entire counselling of foreign tourists will be done. Even after that he can roam in other areas including Dharamshala. Apart from this, special surveillance can also be kept on tourists visiting the Dalai Lama temple and the surrounding area. The Health Department has deployed teams at the counselling centre. Apart from this, a special ward has also been arranged in Tanda Hospital.

At present, no case of coronavirus has been reported so far in the state, despite its health department has made complete preparations on its behalf. At the same time, the exiled Tibetan government and district administration Kangra held a joint meeting in a hurry on Saturday evening regarding the coronavirus. The same which was headed by ADC Kangra Raghav Sharma. Representatives of the exiled Tibet government and officials of the health department were present on this occasion along with SDM Dharamshala Harish Gajju. Coronavirus prevention - Chief Medical Officer Kangra Dr. Gurdarshan Gupta said that a meeting has been held with the administration and the exiled Tibet government on the coronavirus. The counselling centre has been set up at Primary Health Center McLeodganj, which will be counselling all foreign tourists including China.
