High court expresses displeasure over not removing encroachment from Chhatri

On Thursday, the High Court has expressed displeasure over the encroachment not being removed from the vicinity of the Bolia government chhatri on MG Road. At the same time, the court has also ordered the Municipal Corporation that the compliance report should be submitted by removing the encroachment by 27 February. The High Court last hearing on this matter had asked the Municipal Corporation to give the time of 10 days and reply. But there was no response from the corporation when the hearing took place on Thursday.

The High Court then ordered to take action after seeing the evidence. Now before taking action 27, the corporation will have to present the answer in the High Court.
