Bhopal: Hijab will now be banned in MP schools. The statement was made by School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar. He said that hijab will be banned in schools. Only the dress code will be applicable in schools. The hijab is not part of the school dress. The school education department will conduct a test of the schools in this regard. Let us know that in Karnataka, there is already a dispute over not being allowed to wear the hijab.

School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said, "Hijab is not a subject. Uniform is the subject. There is a dress code for equality and discipline. Schools have the same uniform. Those who are making it a matter of a particular community will regret it in the coming time. The dress code will be prescribed from the next academic session at CM Rise Schools. The dress code will bring equality in schools. Hijabs will be banned in schools. Wear hijab in markets and homes, but only the dress code will be applicable in schools."

In early January 2022, six Muslim students of the Women's PU College in Udupi, Karnataka, had alleged that the principal was not allowing them to wear the hijab in the classroom. The students also complained that they were not being allowed to speak Urdu, Arabic and Beri languages. The girl students are standing outside the class in protest for 3 days. The students had claimed that their parents also contacted principal Rudra Gowda, but they refused to discuss the issue. Day by day, this issue is increasing.
