Shimla: Three people lost their lives in a road accident in Shimla city of Himachal Pradesh. According to the information received, a vehicle HP 62A-0605 crashed near the Balog valley and fell into a ditch about 600 meters from the road. Three people died on the spot in the accident, while one is seriously injured who is undergoing treatment at Chail Hospital. The cause of the accident is not yet known.

ASI Rampal of Police Station Dhali said that the bodies have been handed over to the family after conducting the post-mortem. The police have registered a case and started the search. The deceased have been identified as Rajesh (24), son Bhagwan Das village of Dublu tehsil Junga, Pramod (23), son of Kapoor Singh village of Dublu, Govind (30) of son Mohan Lal village of Kuftu. The injured have been identified as Ravi Kant (26) son Purna Dutt village Dublu. Also, the investigation is being done continuously.

On the other hand, the Health Department's is in trouble due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the state. The department's plans to control the disease are not visible at the ground level. The government's arrangements are inadequate due to increasing cases. Apart from the officers and employees of the departments in the state, now this disease is also taking school students. The government has decided to conduct random sampling of teachers in schools in addition to officers and staff in departments.
