Shimla: As per the information received recently, the Himachal Pradesh government has issued revised instructions regarding entry within the state limits. The orders issued by the State Disaster Management Cell states that no person will be required to register for travel within Himachal. It means no ban on interstate travel and no document or permission will be required for this.
Talking about the quarantine system, it has been said that it is only under orders issued by the Health Department. The government has made it clear that if a person enters from the cities tests COVID19positive within the limits of Himachal then they will be institutionalized quarantined. It is being said that people coming to Himachal will be home quarantined for 10 days.
In the instructions issued, it has also been clarified that 'The rule of institutional or home quarantine will not apply to those who bring the Covid-19 report with them.' The same thing is being done in many states.
