'Jai Shri Ram' resonates in Himachal Pradesh, people celebrate Bhoomi Poojan

Shimla: In Himachal Pradesh, people celebrated the distribution of Halwa and Laddoo for Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan program in Ramnagri Ayodhya. The slogans of Jai Shri Ram echoed in India. Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj distributed laddoos to the people in Shimla. Not only Himachal, but there is joy in the whole country. 

Shops are being adorned with flowers in the Lower Market of Shimla. Lord Ram's hoardings are seen in the district. In Paonta Sahib, people lit fireworks and firecrackers. Earthen lamps were burnt in temples and homes. People gave their best wishes to the Karsevaks who were active during the Ayodhya Ram temple movement. This auspicious moment has come after a long time. Finally, the wait of the countrymen is over, and today was the day that every citizen of the country was waiting for.

108 lamps in the Ram temple of Shimla and 101 in Radha Krishna temple will be lit. Ram temple coordinator Sunanda gave this information. She told that at 12 noon in the temple, offerings were made and distributed among the people. However, the temple is closed due to corona, due to which the huge ceremony is not being done. Umesh Nautiyal, the priest of Radha Krishna Temple, said, Sundar Kand is recited in the temple. With this, Prasad will be distributed in every region of the country, and celebrations will be done.
