Some time ago there was a lot of uproar about Ekta Kapoor's web series 'xXx 2'. In this web series of unity, Bigg Boss 13 fame Hindustani Bhau had lodged reports in the police station about insulting the Indian Army and its uniform, but there was no specific action on it. Ex-servicemen also filed a case against Ekta. And in the complaint, it was said that the soldiers of the country are being insulted in 'xXx 2'. Ekta Kapoor had apologized to the Indian soldiers and deleted the disputed scenes from the web series. But now Bhau has once again opened many secrets against Ekta Kapoor regarding this web series.

Bhau has filed a criminal complaint in a Mumbai magistrate court for allegedly insulting the uniform of Indian Army in a web series. Kashif Khan, the advocate of Vikas Pathak alias Bhau, has informed that the hearing on the case is going to be held on August 24. Kashif Khan said, "My client had filed a case against Ekta Kapoor and others in the local police station. But there is no investigation on it so far, so we have made a criminal complaint in the court. Apart from Ekta, the name of her mother Shobha Kapoor, father Jitendra Kapoor and his web platform ALTBalaji is also included in the case filed."

Bhau had earlier filed a case against 'xXx2' in June and said that in the series, Ekta Kapoor showed wrong things about the soldiers of the Indian Army. When the soldier goes to serve the country at the border, then the soldier's wife calls the lover home and has sex with him. He was wearing soldier's uniform. During the intimate scene, the female tore the uniform and makes fun of it.
