In Delhi’s Mandawali area, the Police has arrested a 52-year-old HIV patient for having an “oral sex” with the son of his tenant.

The Police officer, as per the sources news said "The incident happened on Friday when the accused took the five-year-old boy to the terrace of his house where he allegedly had “oral sex” with the child"

The accused has been arrested by police officers and they have filed a case against him under Section 377 (unnatural offences) of IPC and sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
