HIV is a disease that has not yet had a cure. However, experts who have been looking for its treatment for years are now looking forward to their efforts. Experts in the US have treated a third patient and the first woman with a new technique. Denver was informed by experts at a press conference. According to the news, experts have done this amazing through stem cell transplant technology.

What is this new technology - A woman suffering from HIV was treated with new technology. Umbilical cord blood was used in this. In this technique, there is also no need to mix umbilical cord stem cells with donors as in bone marrow transplants. Anyway, a bone marrow transplant is not a very good option for HIV patients. This transplant is very frightening, so only those people who are suffering from cancer are treated with it and there is no other way left.

Till now there were only two such cases of HIV in the whole world in which successful treatment was done. Known as The Burnell Patient, Timothy Ray Brown was free from infection for 12 years and died of cancer in 2020. In the year 2019, Adam Castillejo, who was suffering from HIV, was also successful in treatment.
