Bhopal: This time, the Holi of MP government employees will be dull. The second instalment of arrears has not yet been paid to the employee of any department in the state. The government had issued an order to pay the arrears of the employees in two instalments by issuing a stalled increment of the employees, the first instalment of which was paid to the employees in the month of October.
The second instalment was to be paid in March. But so far, the employees of any department have not been paid the second instalment of arrears. State president of class III employees' union OP Katiyar and general secretary Laxminarayan Sharma said that there has been a shortage of budget in many departments, which has led to salary arrears.
In such a situation, the arrears of the second instalment of the salary increase are not being received, along with this, the arrear bills are also not being generated on the IFMIS website. In such a situation, the festival of colours will be colourless due to the financial problems for the Holi employees. OP Katiyar and General Secretary Laxminarayan Sharma have demanded that the facility of generating the bill be availed in conjunction with the Governing Fund and Accounts.
