Hyderabad: Union Home Minister Amit Shah joined the passing-out parade of IPS officers in Hyderabad on Saturday. The event has been organized at the National Police Academy (NPA) in Hyderabad. Addressing the passing-out parade of IPS officers, Amit Shah said, "Our Constitution divides administration into two parts.
