Home Minister Amit Shah wished Independence Day, appeal to countrymen to contribute in India's development

New Delhi: Today the country is celebrating its 74th Independence Day. On this occasion, the country's Home Minister Amit Shah has greeted the countrymen on Independence Day. In his message from his Twitter handle, he wrote that "On this occasion of Independence Day, he expresses gratitude towards great freedom fighters who have given the freedom to the country with their valour and sacrifice".

Amit Shah also remembered the heroes, who sacrificed everything for the unity, integrity and security of the country after independence. In the second tweet, Amit Shah wrote that "Today we are very proud that the dream of a free, strong and capable India was seen by our freedom fighters, and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading us towards it. On the one hand, the poor and deprived people were given facilities like home, electricity, health insurance and on the other hand, made India a strong nation".

In another tweet, Amit Shah wrote, "On this Independence Day, let's pledge to fulfil the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's self-reliant India and make more use of the indigenous things made in India to take the country to new heights. Make your highest contribution in leading it towards a developed nation. Happy Independence Day."
