Recently postponed movie ‘PadMan’ actor Akshay Kumar, after postponing the release date of his upcoming film, to make way for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’, is drawing praise from everywhere. And now, Khiladi Kumar was present at the Teen Murti Bhawan in Delhi for the launch of an anthem for the Bharat Ke Veer website, an initiative to transfer money directly into the bank accounts of the next kin of martyred of Indian soldiers. The launch was attended by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval, and singer Kailash Kher who also has sung the anthem.

Meanwhile, according to Hindustan Times, several corporate honchos raised a hand and announced their donations. And within few minutes, Rs 12. 93 cr was pledged to Bharat Ke Veer. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Akshay Kumar at the launch of ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ anthem at an event in New Delhi.
