On April 23, I had to spend the whole night in the police station. At night I asked for water to drink several times, but i was not given water all night. Navneet further made a big allegation that the police staff present on the occasion said that I belong to the Scheduled Caste, so they cannot give me water in the same glass in which they drink. That is, I was not even given water to drink because of my caste. I want to emphasise that because of my caste, I was deprived of basic human rights.
