Ajwain due to its anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties is an effective herb used in every home to treat problems like gas formation, stomach ache, cold. To keep the digestion process good, Ajwain and myrrh are used. Grind them in equal quantity. Mix asafoetida and rock salt according to taste and make powder and fill it in a bottle. Take one spoon of this powder with warm water. Put 10 grams of mint powder, 10 grams of Ajwain and 10 grams of camphor in a clean bottle and keep it in the sun. All three things will melt and become water. Eating 5-7 drops of this will benefit from problems like torsion, stomach pain, nausea.

Grind 10 grams parsley, 10 grams of Triphala and 10 grams of rock salt to make powder. Take 3 to 5 grams of this powder with lukewarm water daily, it will be very relaxing soon. Boil one teaspoon of Ajwain seeds in one cup of water during indigestion. Drink when slightly cooled. Chew by mixing a pinch of salt in one gram of Ajwain, eating it provides relief in stomach pain caused by gas produced in the stomach. Add lemon juice and a little black salt to three teaspoons of Ajwain seeds. Eat this mixture twice a day with lukewarm water. Put one spoon of Ajwain and fennel seeds in half a litre of water and cook on low heat. Drink every day after a meal after cooling down. Eating a spoonful of Ajwain with a cup of buttermilk provides relief in phlegm caused by cold. Crush a spoonful of Ajwain seeds by hand and mix it with some jaggery and consume it. Put a little Ajwain in a soft cloth and make a bundle and then heat it in the pan, it will help in the pain.
