One of the most common diseases is Piles, Usually, people avoid talking about it or seeking medical help but it is very important to go to the doctor, you can also follow some home remedies to get rid of Piles.

Piles also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the anal canal region. When in their normal state, they act as cushions to control the passage of stools. While the exact cause of piles is unknown, studies have shown that factors that increase pressure in the anal area during excretion are hugely responsible for piles.  A person suffering from symptoms like a burning pain in the anal region while sitting or passing stools has to visit. Here are some tips for you if you are suffering from the disease.

Apply coconut oil: which, is a natural moisturizer, which may also help with hemorrhoid(piles)  symptoms. Applying coconut oil may reduce the irritation and swelling, and it may also help reduce the urge to scratch.

Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of liquid throughout the day keeps the stool soft and manageable as it works its way through the intestines. The result is a much softer stool that takes less energy to pass and causes less irritation to the hemorrhoids.

Apply Ice packs: Applying ice or cold packs to hemorrhoids may also help relieve pain. Applying an ice pack while seated or when the hemorrhoid flares up can help numb pain and temporarily reduce swelling. You should be sure to wrap the ice in a small towel to avoid damage to the skin. Leave the ice pack on for 15 minutes and repeat the process hourly.

Wear loose clothes: People can support the healing of hemorrhoids by wearing loose-fitting, breathable, cotton underwear and pants. This can help prevent the area surrounding the hemorrhoids from becoming irritated by excess sweat, and help reduces symptoms.

Warm Bath: Warm baths can help soothe the irritation that hemorrhoids cause. Try using a sitz bath. A Sitz bath is a method that uses a small plastic tub that fits over a toilet seat so you can just immerse the affected area. Betadine solution or other antiseptic solutions advised by a doctor can be used to add to this water.

Healthy diet: Having a balanced diet with ample insoluble as well as soluble fiber will help you with regular bowels. Insoluble fiber adds bulk to your stool, making it less likely for you to strain during stool passing. Fiber is also known to promote a healthy gut.
