This is caused by a fungus called Tinea pedis. It is important to avoid this. It affects the skin and nails. Itching as well as dry skin, irritation and cracked aesthesia are also a problem. This problem occurs mostly in the toes of the feet, nails, and soles. Tinea pedis is caused by moisture. This can happen to you if you stay longer in water. We are going to tell you about some domestic ways to avoid this.

salt:
Salt contains a variety of chemicals that destroy the fungus of the feet and relieve the problem of itching.

How to use: Add lukewarm water to a tub and add salt to it. Now leave the feet aside for 10-15 minutes and wipe with towels. Do this 3-4 times a week.

curd:
Yogurt contains good bacteria that cures infections and removes the fungus.

How to use: Apply curd on the affected area and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash and clean with towels. Repeat this process twice a day.

Vinegar:
Vinegar contains antiseptic which improves fungal infection and also absorbs moisture.

How to use: Take warm water in the tub and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to it and leave the legs aside for 15 minutes. Then clean with towels. Repeat this process 2 times a week for better results.

garlic:
Garlic has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce swelling and infection of the legs.

How to use: Make a garlic paste and add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to it. Apply the mixture on the affected area and leave for 30 minutes. Now wash your feet with an antifungal shop, then clean with towels. Do this process daily.
