The pizza according to this recipe is not similar to the one that is prepared in a pizzeria, but it is beautiful in its own way and undoubtedly will appeal to many. Yeast dough for this pizza is prepared on kefir, it turns out soft, fluffy and does not get stale for a long time. You can use your favorite foods as a filling: mushrooms, sausage, vegetables, olives, etc. This pizza can be a good feed for the whole family, it will be an excellent dish to meet friends, watch a movie, football or picnic.

Ingredients:

for the test:

  • kefir (sour milk) 1 cup;
  • flour 2.5-3.5 cups;
  • fresh yeast 10-15 grams or dry yeast 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • sugar 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • salt 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons.

for the filling (the ingredients for the filling can be chosen to your liking):

  • Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt pinch;
  • Provencal herbs 1 tsp;
  • large bow 1 pc .;
  • sugar 1 tsp;
  • Vinegar 9% 2 tsp;
  • champignons 100 grams;
  • sausage or boiled chicken fillet 250 grams;
  • 3-4 tomatoes;
  • Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pieces;
  • olives seedless handful;
  • hard cheese 150 grams.

Cooking:

  • Add yeast and sugar to yogurt, mix and leave for 2-3 minutes until the yeast is dissolved.
  • Add to the brew 2-3 tbsp. spoon flour and stir. After 10-15 minutes, add salt. Let stand for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Add vegetable oil to dough and gradually add flour. Knead the elastic dough, which should not stick to the hands.
  • Put the dough in a greased bowl of oil, cover with a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes to rise.
  • Onions cut into rings, put in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of a bite, pour boiling water and leave for 30 minutes, then drain the water.
  • In a tomato paste add a pinch of salt, Provencal herbs and mix. If the sauce is thick, add some water.
  • Cut tomatoes into slices, chicken fillet (or sausage) into slices, bell pepper with ringlets or straws, mushrooms with plates, olives with ringlets, grate cheese.
  • After time, knead the dough and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, slightly stretching it with your hands. To form small bumpers.
  • Lubricate the base of the pizza with tomato sauce, put the pickled onion on the sauce, then the tomatoes, pepper, sausage, olives and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Send pizza to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When the edges of the pizza redden the pizza is ready.
  • Before serving, you can decorate the pizza with fresh herbs.
