The highly awaited Elevate SUV, which is projected to have a huge influence on the market this year, is about to be unveiled by Honda Cars India. The Elevate SUV will be unveiled for international markets tomorrow, June 6, with India receiving it first.

This SUV will be the only one offered by Honda after the WR-V, CR-V, and BR-V models are discontinued. The Elevate SUV is expected to officially debut later this year, perhaps around the holiday season. It will immediately compete with well-known cars like the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Kia Seltos among others because it is positioned as a small SUV.

An early look at the Elevate SUV's exterior has been provided by the automaker in a teaser image. The SUV's silhouette hints that it will likely be based on the globally available Honda HR-V model. The profile of the HR-V SUV is remarkably similar to that of the newly released Elevate teaser image.

An official photograph of the Honda Elevate SUV's eye-catching features was previously made public. A small sunroof, a strong shoulder line, roof rails, body-colored ORVMs (Outside Rear perspective Mirrors) and a relatively flat bonnet were all noticeable features from the top perspective. The style of the alloy wheels is prominently highlighted in the most recent teaser photograph.

The Elevate SUV may have 15-inch tyres, which may seem very modest given the size of the vehicle based on spy photos posted on social media. When compared to rival vehicles like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the SUV appears to have greater length, height, and width.

The front of the Elevate SUV is predicted to be strong, with a large grille area and svelte wraparound LED headlamps adding to its chiselled appearance. An LED strip connecting the taillights will be included on the SUV's rear, along with Elevate badging and reflectors. There isn't much information known about the Elevate SUV's interior. A 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and other comforts are reportedly among the features it will provide.

The 1.5-liter gasoline engine that Honda presently uses in the new generation of City sedans will likely be employed in the Elevate SUV's drivetrain.  Honda will equip the SUV Elevate with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technologies. Honda Sensing, the automaker's in-house ADAS system, made its debut in India with the new generation City sedan. The Elevate SUV will join a small number of models in its market by providing ADAS technology.

Further, Honda may consider offering hybrid powertrain options for the Elevate SUV, utilizing the same technology found in the City e:HEV.
