In fact, we are going to tell you honey the method of making chili idli. It's the easiest and you'll enjoy eating it. It's very easy and it won't take you much time to make it. Honey Ingredients for Making Chili Idli-
4 Idli
2 tbsp honey
14 cups maida
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 dry red chillies
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt as per requirement
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium onion
1 medium capsicum (green chilli)
6 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 cup vegetable oil

Honey Chilli Idli Making Method- First of all, cut the idli into small cubes. Cut an idli into 4-6 pieces. Put the flour in a bowl. Add some salt and water. Mix well to prepare the solution. Keep in mind that it should neither be too thin nor too thick. Now after this heat the oil to fry in an embroidery. Wrap the pieces of idli in a solution and pour it into hot oil. Fry the piece until golden brown and crisp in texture. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Now add the minced garlic and dry red chillies. Then fry all of them for a minute. Now add chopped onions with chopped capsicum. Saute on a high flame for 2-3 minutes. Now add soy sauce, ketchup and fry again for a minute. Mix the corn flour in 1/4 cup of water and put this solution in the pan. By thickening, the chutney will become thicker. After this, add honey, salt and black pepper powder to the pan and finally add the fried idli and mix well. After you fry for 2 more minutes on a high flame and cook, take honey chilli idli ready to serve you. You serve it by decorating it with green onions.
