In today's era, all kinds of new inventions are being made, which are taking the world towards a new direction. One such invention has been done by scientists of University of Hong Kong. He has created such a unique generator that can light up to 100 LED bulbs with just one drop of rain. Yes, it may sound surprising to you, but it is absolutely true. This research has been published in the latest issue of the journal Nature. According to Hong Kong University engineer and professor Xuanqi Wang, this generator can produce 140 volts of energy from a drop of 100 microliters of water from a height of 15 centimeters. It is being told that scientists were working on this project for a long time, in which they have now got success.

According to Professor Xuanqi Wang, this generator will have two electrodes, one made of aluminum and the other made of polytetrafluoroethylene coated indium tin oxide. Actually, the use of polytetrafluoroethylene electrode is more permanent and will generate electricity when rain drops fall on it. This will also increase the production of energy.

According to media reports, this generator is of high capacity and it is capable of producing many times more energy than its capacity at one time. This generator will also be able to use rain water in the coming time and at the same time, the capacity of power generation can also be increased, which will benefit the world.
