Popularly known as drama queen in the entertainment world, Rakhi Sawant is known for her different behaviour and fearless style in the industry. The actress has been active in the industry for nearly 2 decades. She has been a part of many big films and TV projects because of this. Their item numbers have also been very much liked. In a recent interview, Rakhi Sawant opened up about her controversial marriage and economic conditions.

In the interview, Rakhi Sawant was asked about her marriage status whether it was shorted, complicated or a big decision to be taken. Replying to this, Rakhi Sawant said that "there is a mixture of all three. But my husband Ritesh has told me that he wants to be with me. I'm waiting. I have full faith in God. I have not married them any fake. I can't stand that they should be with another woman as well. He was already married and became a father when he married me. They threatened me. But I have left everything to them to choose whom to choose. They have to take the decision. Asked why he did not come in front of anyone and what his age was, the actress said that he is 37-38 years old. I didn't know they would be marids. But even then I love him very much. I have a lot of space in my heart for them. I didn't love him before but now I do. I have taken a lot of difficult decisions in my jingdi. If my marriage does not succeed, I will never get married again in my life." Ritesh has spent a lot of money on me and my mother. They have also promised me that they will get me a flat in Mumbai.

When asked why she married her WhatsApp friend whom she did not even know well, Rakhi said that "people are desperate to eat sweets. A goon from Gujarat pressured me to marry. I also accompanied her on a date in Goa where some of my friends also accompanied me. I saw a video where the goon was hitting someone a lot. The video was from his farmhouse. He had also threatened me that if I didn't marry him, he would kidnap me. I was very happy." Rakhi said, "I wanted to get over all this. I wanted to keep that goon away from myself. That's when my mobile bell rang. It was Ritesh's call. I asked Ritesh to find a good boy for me. In those days it was thought that I was very controversial so no one would marry me. I can't be anyone's mother. Why brother? Here, people spend so many years in jail without knowing it. They also get married. They become children. I did not commit any crime. I also have the right to get married. Why am I judged? Only because I am a dancer in the industry. So what happened? Don't I pay tax? Whatever it was finally Ritesh agreed to get married. He also told me his bank account. I thought the troubles of my life would end after that."
