In the world of technology, something new happens every day all over the world. So that our work is getting easier and one such technology has been used in the UK as well. so that pregnant women can reduce the pain that is caused during childbirth.

In fact, a hospital in Wales in the UK has taken the initiative to reduce the pain of pregnant women and the National Health Service has provided virtual reality headsets for pregnant women in the hospital and the main focus behind the initiative. The aim is to divert the attention of pregnant women from pain before going to the labor room.

The headset is worn for a total of seven minutes, and in VR they are also made to realize the north pole lighting, sea swim, the walk on Mars, and the presence of penguins. So it's accompanied by music that keeps the mind calm and now the initiative can be applied to all hospitals in Wales. Research on the headset has also been conducted at the University Hospital in Cardiff, and it has been found that the pregnant woman has been quite calm at the time of delivery after wearing a VR headset, so she has eased the pain.
