If you are suffering from any serious disease then you should seek medical advice before doing this yoga. If a pregnant woman does this yoga then they must take the advice of a doctor. Also, more sweat is done in hot yoga. If you use perfume in such a situation then it can prove to be harmful for you. With this, these things should be properly taken care of.
