New Delhi: The terrorist attack in Mumbai on 26/11 shook the entire nation. However, his criminal Ajmal Kasab was arrested and hanged. But during this time a new word came out in the country, which was 'saffron terror'. There was a lot of politics on this, after this, RVS Mani, former Under Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in a statement claimed that the 26/11 Mumbai attack was a fixed match between Pakistan and the then Union Home Ministry.  Because most of the Union Home Ministry officials were in Islamabad for the annual Home Secretary-level talks on terrorism that day.

He had said in his statement that the talks were to be held in Pakistan in 2008, and dated 25/11. After reaching there, it was further increased to 26/11. I was sent to Lucknow. Meanwhile, there was an attack at midnight. Mani has also written a book on it, titled "Hindu Terror - Insider Account of Ministry of Home Affairs". The Hindi version of this book is titled "Saffron Terror is a Conspiracy". Mani had said in his statement that Hindu terrorism is a hypothesis that was deliberately publicized first by some of the then senior leaders and police officers present in the central government, then fabricated evidence. What was the motive of those leaders is not known, but because of this the real terrorists must have escaped.

Writer and journalist Praveen Tiwari of 'The Great Indian Conspiracy' and 'Compromise of Terror' accused Congress leaders and Hindu terrorism. He claimed that most of the terrorists who carried out the attack had Kalawa in their hands, lockets of Hinduism around the neck, which has also been confirmed by David Headley, a US-caught terrorist. Had Kasab not been caught alive, all the terrorists would have been declared as Hindu terrorists. It was a conspiracy that did not succeed.
