'Circus', the word itself sounds amazing, many talented people conduct circuses, before going to the final show they do much practices and rehearsals. Even a small mistakes by gymnasts or animal trainer can spoil their show, not only that, but also it can put their lives into hazard.
All the artists of any circus show, prepare themselves for many years and then arrive for the show. The one who conducts an event makes contract with his workers to work with them till the accepted tenure.
