After filling the mobile number, date of birth, e-mail ID, fill the captcha code, which is shown in an image in front. Then tap on the submit button.

After doing so, you will have reached the new page, where you will see four options. Here you have to enter Aadhaar and PAN number. Be careful while entering information so that wrong information is not filled again. Now you have to pay Rs 120 by submitting the documents. After this you will get OTP, which has to be submitted. Now you will see an option to download a form, which you can save or print. After applying, the PAN card arrives at the address given by you in 15 days.
