At present, it is freezing cold across the country. With the falling temperature, many quilts and sweaters (woollen clothes) have come out. People are using it extensively to avoid cold, although not washing quilts, blankets and sweaters properly spoil them quickly, and their spoilage does not warm us up and causes itching. Now today we are going to tell you the right way to wash woollen clothes, which will keep their softness, shine and warmth longer.

Don't wash a lot of clothes at once- sometimes we put a lot of clothes together in the washing machine and let it wash them in the machine for hours. However, while washing woollen clothes, make sure that the machine is never overloaded. Only five to seven clothes should be washed in the machine at a time so that they can be cleaned properly.

Always wash clothes upside down- While washing woollen clothes, make sure that we always wash these clothes upside down, which does not spoil the fabric fibre and keeps the woollen cloth soft.

Don't sock Winter cloth in water- Woollen clothes should never be socked in the surf for long. It is said to remove their colour and also eliminate their softness by staying in surf water for a long time. You wash them immediately without socking them.

Don't wash Woollen clothes in hot water- Many people use warm water to wash dirty clothes or woollen clothes as they feel that doing so will clean the clothes better while washing sweaters or warm clothes with warm water reduces their shelf-life. In such a situation, these clothes should always be washed in normal water.

Do not wash Woollen cloth frequently- Warm clothes should not be washed frequently. Note that wash a woollen cloth only after wearing it at least four to five times.

While washing quilts and blankets, keep in mind that quilts and blankets should never be washed in washing machines, as it shakes their cotton from its place and does not remain flat. Always wash the quilt and blanket by hand.
