People who like Paneer in food like it in everything. But today we are going to tell you about the recipe of Dum Paneer. In Punjabi Dhaba and Hotel, this recipe remains part of the menu card. 

Ingredients:
-A tsp oil
-Four pieces of cloves
-Four pieces Green Cardamom
- One inch cinnamon
-A Roasted Onion Paste
-A tsp ginger paste
-A tsp garlic paste
-4 green chilli paste
-Three Tablespoon Curd
-A tsp coriander powder
-A tsp black pepper powder
-3/4 tsp cumin powder
-1 tsp salt
-2 tbsp cream
-1/4 tsp chilli
-1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
-250 grams of cottage cheese
- Coriander leaves and mint leaves for garnish

How to make Dum Paneer
To make Dum Paneer, first heat the oil in a pan, add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and fry till it turns brown. After this, add onion paste and cook it well, after this add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and fry it for a while and then add curd. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, red chilli and salt. After cooking for a while, add 1/2 cup water with cottage cheese and cream. Cover the pan with foil paper and cover it and cook on a low flame for fifteen minutes. Your own paneer is ready, garnish it with coriander and mint and serve it.
