Before locking Aadhaar, you need to create a 16-digit Virtual ID (VID). You can only lock (how to lock aadhaar) or unlock Aadhaar with the help of VID. To lock Aadhaar biometrics, first, you need to visit the official UIDAI portal at https://uidai.gov.in/en/. Here, you should navigate to the 'My Aadhaar' section, where you will find several options.
