Poha Aloo Tikki Making Ingredients-
Poha (poha) - 1 cup
Medium-sized potato (3)
Salt - Taste Friendly
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chili (2)
Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Cashew powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 500 g
Corn starch - 1 tsp

Method of making poha aloo tikki - First of all boil the potato, peel it and make a paste. After that, take the poha in a sieve and soak it well in water. Now take it out in a bowl and add the potatoes to it and mix well. After this, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin, green chilli, chaat masala, lemon juice, corn starch, cashews and salt and mix. Now leave it to be covered and set for 5 minutes. Then put the oil in a pan to warm up. Now take a little bit of the quail and make it like tikki and put it in oil and deep fry it. Keep in mind that after it is cooked from all sides, it has to be removed on tissue paper, not before that. Take our poha aloo tikki and ready.
