Ingredients needed to make mint water:
1-2 bunches mint
1/2-inch piece of ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
1/2 teaspoon pomegranate powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
14 tsp cumin
1-2 pinches black pepper powder
1 pinch roasted cumin powder
1 pinch of red chilli powder (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch black salt
as per taste Plain salt 

Make mint water like this:
To make mint water, first of all, take mint. After this, you put it in water, wash it thoroughly, and clean it. After that, you break its leaves and keep them separately. Then put mint leaves, a ginger piece, tamarind pulp, and green chillies in the mixer jar. After this, grind all these things very smooth. After this, filter this mixture with the help of a sieve. Then add 2 glasses of cold water to this mixture and mix it well. After this, add dried mango powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and black salt. Along with this, add cumin and plain salt as per taste and mix. If you want, you can also add a pinch of red chilli to increase the spiciness. Thereafter, add one teaspoon of lemon juice to the mint water and mix it. Then you keep this water in the fridge for about half an hour to cool down. Now your chilled mint water is ready. After this, serve it in a serving glass by adding 1-2 ice cubes on top.
