Year’s end is the time of performance review in many companies. If your company is one of them, hope you are feeling butterflies in your stomach even after reaching your goals and targets. Even after you have a good relationship with your manager you feel the little bit nervous. 3. Career goals: - we company works you also need to grow in your career too. If your performance review is good you will have a good opportunity in your hands.
