To change the name and address of such an Aadhaar card, you must first visit the official website of the government https://uidai.gov.in/. After this, the option of Aadhaar update will have to be selected in the section of Aadhaar online service. Now click on the option to request name or address updation. Now a new tab will open in front of you, in which the update option can appear with some rules. After doing so, click on the option to update the address or name. After doing so you may have to log in by entering the Aadhaar number. After this, OTP i.e. one-time password will come on your registered number. After entering OTP, you have to tap on the option of Personal Data Update. In this, you can choose the name or address option. Now enter the correct name or address.

After the same data update request, you will have to provide some documents including passport, bank statement, bank passbook, post office account passbook, ration card and voter card, etc. You will also have to sign these documents and upload their photocopy. Might be possible . For your information, please tell that you have to give only one document. After this, select your nearest BPO service provider and click on the request submit button. Now you can get an update request number. With the help of this number, you will be able to download and print an acknowledgement copy of the request. After submitting the request, your new address and name will be updated a few days later and you will get a notification on email or mobile number.
