1.Eliminate fear and negative thoughts: Eliminating the thoughts laced with fear and negative emotions is the first step towards utilising the subconscious mind's ability. Have you noticed that if you overthink negatively, your worst fears sometimes come true? It does happen and that is why negative self-talk should be avoided at all costs. Combat your fears and negative thoughts as soon as you can if you want to succeed in your life.

2.Start by achieving the smaller goals: Adding minor victories to your life can be a really effective technique to lead you towards your ultimate goal. Look at the graph of your progress each morning. Despite some minor hiccups, you will see gradual progress towards your ultimate goal.

3.Record your experiences: Always try to carry a pen and notebook with you so that you can immediately record the ideas that your subconscious mind brings to you at the moment (yes, your smartphone with a note-making app also works). By recording your exact thoughts, you can complete your tasks and fix your difficulties on time.

4.Engage in physical activity: The benefits of exercise are endless for your body but it helps your mind exceptionally as well. Being always sedentary makes it difficult to generate fresh and original thoughts. When you engage in physical activity, you allow your subconscious mind to start working on solving your difficulties.

5.Give yourself a break: Our subconscious mind is a store of concepts and solutions. Often, when you're working on something or the other, you won't discover your subconscious mind coming up with ideas. If you have a busy schedule, you won't give your mind enough time to unwind so that those ideas might emerge. Try to take a break and give your mind some rest. That is when your subconscious mind will get the opportunity to speak to you.

6.Visualise your success: Visualizing your objective is one of the most important steps in the process of utilising your subconscious mind power. It is based on having confidence in the result. Imagine your life as it will be after your dream has already been realised.  Every day, set aside a few minutes to close your eyes and visualise your life after achieving your goal. Remember to create as much detail as you can. Placing a photo of your role model and looking at it every day can also help you.

The subconscious mind is one of the most important weapons that you have at your disposal. You can utilise it for either a prosperous and happy life or a miserable and sad life. The subconscious mind has the ability to either give you power over others or make you a slave to others.

So you should direct your subconscious mind to work toward the objectives that are significant to you by following the above-mentioned steps. Start working on utilising your subconscious mind power right away to live a prosperous life and achieve all of your goals.
