New Delhi: The violence that broke out in Jahangirpuri of the national capital Delhi was the result of a well-planned conspiracy and for this the rioters had already made full preparations. According to the information received from the Intelligence Department (IB), this violence was planned a week ago, for which stones, ballasts and bricks were deposited on the roofs. Accused Mohammad Ansar is the mastermind of this entire incident.

According to IB sources, on the day of Ram Navami, Ansar had a meeting with about a dozen people near Kushal Chowk. Violence was hatched in this meeting.
