Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Dharamshala has started the online application process for Teacher Eligibility Test 2019. The board has released the official notification on its official website. Candidates who are interested to appear for the test can apply on the official website of the board, hpbose.org.

Eligible candidates can fill HP TET Application form 2019 online from 07 May 2019 to 27 May 2019.  This time examination fee is Rs. 800/- for the candidates of belonging to General category and its Sub-Categories (except PHH). For candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC/PHH categories, the application fee is Rs. 500. Candidates are allowed to submit only one Application Form against the same subject. Multiple Applications for the same subject of a candidate are liable to be rejected.

Before filling the HP TET application from 2019, candidates must keep certain documents ready with them - valid email ID and active mobile number, photo ID proof, marksheets of class 10th, 12th, and Graduation and other educational certificates, scanned photograph and signature and bank details.

• Submission of Online Application Starts on: May 7, 2019
• Last date for submission of Online Application: May 27, 2019 till 11:59 pm
• Last Date for application fee Payment through payment Gateway: May 27, 209 till 11:59 pm
• Online Correction Process Starts: May 28, 2019
• Online Application Process Concludes: May 29, 2019
• Release Date of Admit Cards: 4 days before the examination

TET 2019 will be conducted for eight teaching categories including TGT (Arts), TGT (Non-Medical), TGT (Medical), Shastri, Language Teacher, Junior basic training, Punjabi language Teacher and Urdu language Teacher. Candidates belonging to General and their sub-categories will have to pay the Examination fee of Rs 800. The examination fee amount is Rs 500 for the applicants belonging to SC/OBC/ST/PHH. Appearing candidates can pay the fee amount through payment gateway by Net banking or Debit/ Credit Card.

Minimum Eligibility Conditions:

• TET (Arts): Candidate must have B.A./B.Com degree with 50% marks and one year of bachelor in Education or B.Ed. degree, or Senior secondary or it's equivalent with minimum 50% marks and four years of B.El.Ed.
• TET (Non-Medical): B.Sc.(NM) with at least 50% marks and one-year B.Ed, or Senior secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks and four years of B.El.Ed., or  Senior secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks and four years of B.Sc.(NM)Ed.
• Shastri: Candidate must have minimum 50% marks from an Institute/ University recognized by H.P.
• Language Teacher: Candidates must have B.A or M.A.with Hindi as an elective and two years Diploma in Elementary education or B.Ed.
• Junior Basic Training: Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with JBT certificate or two years Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Punjabi Language Teacher: B.A. or M.A. with Punjabi with at least 50% marks and one year B.Ed  
• Urdu language Teacher: B.A. or M.A. with Urdu with minimum 50% marks and one year B.Ed
