Huawei is facing difficulties one after another due to the ban. Now the company has to extend the launch of its foldable 5G Mate X smartphone by 3 months. These are delayed due to non-availability of Google's Android operating system. The US has blacklisted Huawei and banned American companies from working with a Chinese firm. However, Huawei has denied that the delay is not taking place. According to the company, some certification tests are currently in process, which are expected to be completed by August. At the same time, the company is also reported to have brought in the new Hongmeng operating system. However, the company's senior vice president said: "Our priority is Google and Android, but if the situation remains the same, we will roll out Hongmeng within 6 to 9 months.

For your information, Google had earlier said that it would not make Huawei's smartphones available with Android software. However, it was later extended to 90 days. This Grant will end in August. This means that Huawei's smartphones won't get support for the Google operating system after August.
