Mathura: A devotee who had come to visit the Banke Bihari temple at Vrindavan in Mathura, the country's largest state, Uttar Pradesh, died of suffocation due to pressure from a mob. Due to Ekadashi and Saturday, devotees fell in huge figures in the temple for darshan, due to which the arrangements were destroyed.

According to the news received, according to the corona rules, only 2 thousand persons are allowed to have darshan in one shift from the temple management. Even after this, the incident took place due to the arrival of devotees in such a figure. 65-year-old Jasram's son Laxman, a resident of Mathura, was trapped in the crowd. Thereafter, he fell unconscious on the platform outside the temple. In an unconscious state, his family members immediately rushed him to the joint district hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

SK Jain, CMS of the same joint district hospital, said Laxman had breathing problems due to the crowd, which led to the heart beating. Because of this, he died. CO Sadar said that an old man fell unconscious of suffocation on the platform of Banke Bihari temple. Thereafter, he died after being taken to the hospital.
