Nowadays the cases of crime are increasing and shocking everyone. In such a case, which has recently surfaced, in that case, the husband, angry with the birth of a daughter, refused to keep the wife with him, and not only that he also gave 'Triple Talaq' to him.

On the complaint of the woman in this case, the Kotwali police has started an investigation in the case by registering a case against the accused husband under the Muslim Marriage Protection Act.

According to reports received in this case, Zakir, a resident of Nihandpur Suthari village of Luxor Kotwali area, married his daughter Gulistan to Hameed, a resident of Bhikkampur village in the area in 2017 and now the family has alleged that since marriage Gulistan's in-laws used to harass him by taunting him for bringing less dowry. It is being told that in the meantime, when Gullistan became pregnant, the husband left her maternal home. In this case, the family said that "a few days later, a daughter was born to Gulistan."

On discovering this, the husband refused to keep her with him. A case has been registered against Hameed under Muslim Marriage Protection Act and has started investigation in the case.
