Triple talaq has been given to a woman in Mewat district of Haryana and it is being told that the woman had opposed her husband's second marriage and the husband has given three divorces due to this. In this case, the police have registered a case against the accused husband on the complaint of the victim woman, but he is not yet been arrested.

According to reports received in the case, the victim told the police in a complaint that "about five years ago, she was married to a young man from village Bichhor district Nuh Mewat". Her husband had been fighting with her since marriage. She took him to panchayat on behalf of his family. But even then, he did not desist from his antics. While there, the woman said," In spite of having a wife, the husband decides to get married. When she protested this, her husband beat her up, after which she informed her brother.

After getting the information, the brother of the girl reached her mother-in-law, then the husband kicked her out of the house in front of her brother, saying that she was divorced thrice. The accused in this case has escaped from the police's custody but will be arrested soon.
