Due to Covid, a man was kept 2 yards away from his wife, but he took care of the steps taken for safety. The man's wife registered a case questioning his manhood. After showing the medical report, the woman went back to her in-laws with her husband. In the District Legal Authority yesterday, a wife released an application for husband's maintenance. She accuses her husband that her husband is not fit to fulfil the couple's responsibility and the in-laws are also harassing her.

This woman says that the husband used to talk well on the phone, but did not come near. She told this to her family. The family spoke to the young man, but no solution was found. According to the news, both were married on June 29, but after a few days, there was a quarrel between the husband and wife. Due to this, the woman went to her maternal home. After this, on December 2, the woman applied to the District Legal Authority.

The husband disclosed the right that the wife's family became positive only after marriage. The young man said that when the family members were positive, then he and his wife may tests Covid. That is why he did not go near his wife and followed the rule of social distancing. District Legal Services Authority secretary Sandeep Sharma said that during counselling, it was found out that the husband has corona phobia. The wife made a false accusation. He was found fit in the medical report.
