Kolkata: The crime case is reported from Poddaranagar under Jadavpur police station in Kolkata. Where her husband Subal Saha has been arrested late Thursday night for the murder of the woman. In this case, he lived with his wife and other family members at 2/27 Poddar Nagar residence and on Friday, Deputy Commissioner of South Suburban Division of Kolkata, IPS Pradeep Yadav, told about the matter.
He said that on Thursday, the body of Subal's wife Ruma Saha (31) was found hanging from the noose. In this case the in-laws had claimed that, 'She hanged herself with the help of a dupatta and after receiving the information, the police team reached the spot and admitted him to MR Bangur Hospital where the doctors declared him dead. '
After the incident, Ruma's mother had lodged a complaint against her son-in-law and other in-laws, alleging that the body had been hanged after killing her daughter to give it a form of suicide. In this case, on the basis of the complaint, the police have arrested Subal and are being questioned. Not only this, the dead body has also been sent for post-mortem.
