According to JLL 'City Momentum Index' Pune ranks 12th, Kolkata 16th and Mumbai 20th. JLL has taken into account the socio-economic and commercial assets and real estate market of cities across the world while making this list. JLL has said in a report, "Hyderabad has been ranked the world's most dynamic city in the list of 130 cities". The same report said that Hyderabad is characterized by major economic growth such as GDP growth, retail sales and air travelers. Indicators have the highest scores worldwide. If you look at the list of last year, Hyderabad has jumped a notch. Last year, he was second and Bengaluru topped.
