In this context, Hyderabad based company, Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Company is extending Covid medical treatment to its employees and their eligible dependents for free. Let us share here that the facility is also extended to Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme for Executives (CPRMSE) and Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme for Non-Executives (CPRMSNE) and all the SCCL beneficiaries by establishing ICUs, isolation wards and quarantine centers in all SCCL areas.
Here it is also reported that Representations have been received from the recognised union to the competent authority, requesting to reimburse the bills incurred for Covid treatment on their own in emergency situations. In this regard , The SCCL, in the circular, said it accorded approval for reimbursement of medical bills submitted by on-roll employees, CPRMSNE and CPRMSE members for Covid medical treatment taken on their own against admissions at empanelled/non-empanelled hospitals on par with Covid tariff of NIMS/tariff paid to the empanelled hospitals/CGHS rates.
